Last Day of 09

Its 1:20 in the morning on the last day of 2009. I cant sleep at all, and i just watched a total chick flick on netflix's website. I have a lot of my friends staying with me right now which has been amazing. Except for the giant hole jack put in the wall at the bottom of the stairs. On a good note, Im going to start the new year off with some of my closest frends, and today I got the dirt bike helmet of my dreams! haha, i know that sounds pretty lame to just about everybody except me. But you have to spoil yourself once in a while, its all apart of livin. I have been trying to learn norwegian like crazy, but its a super hard language to learn. I got luke into it also, so that will be pretty funny to see who actually sticks with it. Im stoked to ride tomorrow, if the weather is good it will make for a fun day of riding halfpipe.

I Love My Life

I just got back from Breckenridge colorado. It was for sure one of the best weeks ever! Hans and Nils were riding sick, and they are for sure gonna have an amazing year. The best part of the week was for sure staying with and hanging out with all the girls from norway. We did some riding, and about three nights in a row of partying. Im sure i will write more about the week, but im super tired. Gonna miss the girls, and im excited for them to hopefully come here in a month or so.

Adam and I were pretty bored the other night, so we made a fire, grabbed some good brew, put on some christmas music, and played a little cards. It was a pretty epic night.

Ive got an awesome fire place in my room, granted adam usually gets it going way better then me. I wish i didnt need it as much as i do, but its freezing in my room so i have to make one almost every night.

For cooking our first thanks giving dinner, I think it went really well. Our turkey came out perfect, and we all ate our selves into a food coma. It was a good time, with some great friends

Moto Gear

I know its the end of my moto season, and the start of the snowboard season is just around the corner. but i cant help but constantly look at moto gear online alll day! I am absolutely obsessed, and as of right now this is want i want to be stylin like on my bike come spring.

WalllyWORLD!

In a mild effort to find halloween costumes today, i took the guys to walmart. Ended up not finding anything very good. Although there was some funny gear, and they ended up getting other stuff at wallyworld anyways. I think we are going to have to make a trip down to SLC to find some real costumes sometime this week!

Flowrider

On tuesday we headed down to odgen, which is about an hour and half drive away, to go try out the flowrider. Its pretty fun, and is suppose to be similar to surfing, however turns out to be nothing like it at all. it was super fun, and there were some funny bails. all in all a good time.

MOTO in UTAH

Headed down to salt lake city today with schlopy, ross, jj, and the other ty. i have wanted to go moto sooo bad past few weeks, and it was finally warm enough to have at it again. tracks were in pretty good condition, a lot better then the last time i was down there. Ross was riding pretty fast, and pushing me for sure. hes deff a bit quicker in the turns and im gonna have to step it up if we go riding again.

We have this pretty sick indoor water park place 10 minutes away. tonight we hit it up for a little splish splash, boys got wild with some double flips.

Vegas

This past weekend, my good buddy mac and I drove down to las vegas to meet up with some pretty ladies i know from back home. We had a greaaat time. and it turned into sorta a shit show by the end, but it was also awesome, especially since i got to see maggie. im glad i will have a nice long break before i go back there. Oh and i lost my sweeeet blue oakley frogskins, and 200 bucks to gambling, oh well

Frends in Town

Yesterday, some of the frends homies came into town for burton world tour. wooped kevs ass at gokarts, enjoyed a nice dinner with kev, danny and his family at the brazilian grill. and dranks some beers with mase, miiks, danny, and kev, along with my friends mac, and sam who also live out here in utah. it was a casual night, but good to see all those guys who i dont get to see very often anymore.

new camera!!

Its been a very long time coming, but for the first time in my life i decided to sack up and go out and buy a digital camera, i have big plans, and hopes for this up coming year so i figured i should document them with some photos. this is my camera, its kinda pink, but whatever.

I edited this photo together, kinda mixed different things together. but one of the coolest things my dad left behind was his business card, and under is profession it also said paradigm shifter. i never new what it was until recently. but what i understand it is, is when something happens that cannot be scientifically explained, and changes the way the world looks at something. the Definition is: acceptance by a majority of a changed belief, attitude, or way of doing things. I was stoked to find out about this, being that im so into "the secret" and the power of thoughts becoming things. I know im kinda geeking out about this, but somehow it all motivates me, and stokes me out on life.

New HOUSE!!!

Im moving into a new house in a month, starting nov 1st. Yesterday we got to go over to check it out! im super stoked to live there for next year and half. hands down nicest place i have ever lived. and my room alone is fit for a king. stoked for all my friends to visit. heres some photos i snapped, theres a lot more to it then you can see. but once i move in, i will get more

This is the start to what i hope is a much more updated blog then my last. Im currently out in Park City Utah, which i believe is what i call home now. I officially moved out of vermont, and the house i grew up in my whole life is being sold. Kinda sucks, but im ready for newer. bigger. better things to come.
The school im apart of starting and head coach at; park city snowboard academy, is going really well. All the kids we have full time have been super rad, and are gonna be fun to work with all winter.
The weather out here is crazy, and after thinking summer was going to last forever here, i was surprised to wake up to snow yesterday, and a 40 degree temperature drop. It should not be too long before we are riding, and traveling all over to what I believe is gonna be one of the best
